These last few weeks I am unable to get through the day without a couple of spicy ginger teas.
Add boiling water to a mug with a couple of slices of fresh ginger and a wedge of fresh lemon. Leave to infuse for a few minutes. Sip for great circulation and an immune system boost. Just what is needed this time of the year…

* wedge fresh lime + ginger = digestion boost *
* 1 tsp fresh lemongrass + ginger = detox *
* 1 tsp turmeric (fresh or ground) + ginger + 1/2 tsp cinnamon = anti-inflammatory *
